Small Group Reformer

Our Small Group Reformer classes blend contemporary Pilates with fluid pacing. We value intuitive, functional movement that respects your body’s natural range. While the focus remains on form and control, expect to find ease and flow that feels more like a moving meditation than just a standard workout. We focus on low-impact moves that are gentle on the joints while building strength and improving posture. All levels are welcome in this class.
